GATE TOWN HOUSE COMMUNITY:
INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE

Ilgeun Co Ltd’s objective is to develop a gated luxurious townhouse complex providing natural surrounding while offering comfort and convenience for a rich and carefree lifestyle. SONGNAEDONG TOWNHOUSE PROJECT offers a near-perfect balance of small-town qualities with big-city amenities and opportunities.

We are planning a gated luxury townhouse community with 944 units and commercial and other convenience facilities. a contract area of 190m2 (about 58 pyeong) houses, commercial facilities for residents, and etc. We will mainly focus on the 190m2 townhouse and other amenities to meet the needs and preference of our target customers such as  new employees of the newly opening mega size general hospital with 1,600 beds ( 400 doctors, executives, and 3000 nurses and supporting staffs), IDC center engineers and the commuting people between city of Dongducheon and Seoul with high speed GTX railway.

A near distance from our site, by 2026, at the Deokjeong station, GTX-C (high speed train) station will be open. Which means a commute to Samsung station in the heart of Gangnam financial district in Seoul will only take around 18 minute. Furthermore, less than 10minute from our site, the 2nd Seoul Outskirts Ring Expressway will be completed which will then take less than 1 hour to Incheon International Airport(ICN).

Less than 3 minute from our site, Daejin University Medical school is opening one of the largest general hospital in the Seoul metropolitan area by the year 2022. Hospital is anticipating to have around 3,000 employees including 300-400 medical doctors. These medical doctors will be seeking upscale living areas with ease commute to the hospital. The increase in employment and employees, we have identified a need for housing in the city.
