We are planning a gated luxury townhouse community with 944 units and commercial and other convenience facilities and planning to develop a hyperscale data Center (Dongducheon Data Center, tentatively referred to as DDC), a large-scale CDC cluster essential for the quaternary industry, on about 330,000m2 (33 Hectars) land site, located in Dongducheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, adjacent to the northern part of Seoul.

Gated Townhouse Community

Agated luxury townhouse community with 944 units and commercial and other convenience facilities to meet the needs and preference of our target customers such as new employees of the newly opening mega size general hospital with 1,600 beds ( 400 doctors, executives, and 3000 nurses and supporting staffs), and IDC center.

Hyper Data Center

Situated in Dongducheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, adjacent to the northern part of Seoul, a land size of approximately 132,231 m2 (32.7 acres), the development site will be used to build a Hyperscale Data Center (HDC) with 300MW of power supply.
